Actually yang rumah-rumah tuh chalet but orang asli punye style means..dinding pun setengah je..and no electricity at all..hanya guna lampu minyak tanah...no tvs, no aircond..tapi tak panas..coz the surrounding kat tasik...malam-malam memang sejuk..time makan lagi best..pancing ikan pastuh bakar...sayur semua stok2 petik sendiri...
Tapi tu semua cerita lama..jumpe gamba ni dalam album...

Tea Time ;-)

Hurm...lepas dikecewakan lepas tengok Commanwelth Games petang nih..so i've decided went to the kitchen and preparing for the tea-time...just a simple menu.."kuih cara"...i'm not so sure whether you guys have heard this name before...but i think johorian people quite fammiliar with this kuih think so...hehe..actually there's two kind of 'kuih cara' which one is the 'berlauk' type which you'll have beef ngan chillies on top..and the other one is sugar inside which i'm making it rite now..simple and sweet kuih for me..since i dont really like the "berlauk" type...
So...here it goes..
Ingredients :
-Wheat Flour
-A pinch of salt
-Water
-1 teaspoon green colour
- Oil (for greasing)
Method:
1)Mixed all the ingredients...it's up to you mixed it with blender will be easier n quicker..beside it's smoother...heheh
2)Then, make sure it's not to 'cair' and not to thick...just nice like how you want to make a pancake
3)Just pour into the mould ( just like in the picture) and quickly put in half teaspoon of sugar...then..baked it till it's done...preferable just put it in a small fire..to avoid it to gets BURNED..! 
Daang...simple aite...but i suggest you eat this kuih when it's cold...or you'll burned your tongue...heheh..try it..!

Banyak dh berubah...dulu takde covered walk...skrg dh ade...dulu takde cafe...skrg dh mcm starbucks..but diorang tak rasa ade woodlands..hehe...sedey tak dpt masuk coz guard hilang...wonder if guard tu still Miss VG..(miss lagi ke?) sedey tak dpt nk pijak Lawn..( prefect are not perfect) tak dpt lalu blackstair...pavillion...wooden bridge...
