Recipes: - 1 whole chicken ( cut into 4 pieces)
- Lada hitam ( ditumbuk)
- Thymes Herbs
- White pepper
- Oyster sos
- Garam and gula
- Olive oil
Methods: - Perap ayam dengan semua bahan.
- Keep it refigrated for at least one night.
- Panggang dalam oven or atas kuali leper ( gris dengan butter sikit).
Notes: - guna olive oil untuk lembutkan ayam and tambah perisa. - boleh perap banyak-banyak and simpan dalam freezer, bila nak makan boleh keluarkan and panggang. Simple
